Do you take on new clients year-round?
Yes — we onboard new clients throughout the year. Tax season (March/April) is the one window where we're more selective about new personal tax engagements, so reaching out earlier is always better.
How does your pricing work?
Fixed fees, agreed up front. Once we understand your situation we'll give you a single number for the engagement — no hourly billing, no surprise invoices. If the scope changes mid-year, we'll talk about it before any number changes.
Do I need to be in Chilliwack?
Not at all. We're based in Chilliwack, BC, but most of our work happens in the cloud — secure document portals, video calls, e-signatures. We serve businesses all over British Columbia.
What software do you work in?
QuickBooks Online and Xero for bookkeeping; TaxCycle for tax filings; secure portals for document exchange. If you're already on something else, tell us — we likely already work in it or can.
